ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Hi! I’m Nida – a two-time immigrant, a South Asian woman navigating the fast-paced worlds of tech and AI in North America—and a mother learning to lead at work while staying rooted at home. With over a decade of experience in data science and analytics, I’ve shaped strategy and insights at various institutions. But for all my success on paper, I often felt like I didn’t have the circle I needed, women who understood the cultural differences, the upbringing, the drive to do more and be better, and the challenge of being taught to stay quiet while learning to use my voice. I longed for women in tech and data science I could learn from, who shared both my ambitions and my lived experience.
Her Circle was born from that space. I created this because I needed this—and I know many others do too.
