We provide a platform where women can connect, socialize, and participate in various community-driven events. Our services include hosting physical and virtual meet-ups, events, and community gatherings, as well as providing resources for women to share experiences and support one another.

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and identify as a woman. By attending or participating in any of our events, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. Registration and Accounts
To register for events, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
5. Event Participation
By registering for or attending any of our events, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you agree to abide by all event guidelines and safety measures. We reserve the right to remove any participant who does not adhere to the event rules or engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
6. Code of Conduct
We expect all participants to respect others and maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere. Harassment, discriminatory behavior, hate speech, or any form of abusive conduct will not be tolerated at any event. Participants violating this code of conduct may be removed from events and banned from future participation.
7. Payment and Refunds
Some events may require a fee to attend. If applicable, payments are made via our secure payment portal. We strive to provide a great experience for all participants in our events. However, due to the nature of our services, we do not offer standard refunds for event registrations or ticket purchases.If you believe you have a special circumstance or issue, please email us.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, event materials, and communications, including logos, text, graphics, and images, are owned by Her Circle or its licensors. You may not use or reproduce any content without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Her Circle shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services or participation in events, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. By continuing to use our services after such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
